Fitness trainer focused on healthy movement, muscle building and long-term sustainable results. I have been in the fitness environment for more than 15 years, during which I have gained extensive experience in training clients of various levels - from beginners to advanced. I specialize primarily in proper exercise technique, muscle development, weight loss and improving musculoskeletal function. I help clients eliminate back pain, improve posture and set up training so that it is safe, effective and sustainable in the long term. Part of my work also includes creating individual menus and setting up proper eating habits that support weight loss, regeneration and overall performance of the body.
