As a fitness trainer, I focus on helping each client achieve their goals in a sustainable and healthy way. I combine strength and conditioning training with an individual approach that respects current physical condition and personal capabilities. My goal is not only to help with fat loss or muscle gain, but also to improve overall body functionality and eliminate any muscle imbalances.

I am a personal trainer who works with maximum precision and patience with each client. I have been involved in fitness for more than 10 years and for the last 6 years I have been professionally involved in training clients with whom I have achieved great results in the long term. I competed myself, so I know what works not only in theory, but especially in practice. I offer personal training, individual diet plans and preparation for competitions. Working with me means that we will set the right direction from the very beginning and you will avoid months of fumbling and wrong first steps. Thanks to ongoing supervision, regular communication and monitoring of results, you can be sure that you are progressing correctly and effectively throughout the entire cooperation. My work as a fitness trainer is based on two pillars: precise discipline and inner balance. Thanks to my racing experience, I can prepare you for the podium and effectively set the path to fat reduction or muscle gain. I also specialize in compensatory exercises for professional athletes. I believe that the body and mind are inseparable vessels - that is why even in strength training I emphasize inner cultivation and harmony so that the result is sustainable and the body functions as a perfect whole.
