Position information
We are looking for trainers who can lead quality individual training sessions, perform basic musculoskeletal diagnostics and ensure the safe progress of their clients. At Element Gyms, you will work in modern, self-service gyms with high attendance, which will provide you with ideal conditions for acquiring your own clientele.
Requirements
- Active business license
- Fitness trainer certificate
- Experience in the field is an advantage, not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively organize time
- Motivating, professional and inspiring appearance
- Respect for the company dress code

What you will do
- Actively, safely and professionally lead individual training sessions
- Perform basic diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system and identify any imbalances
- Conduct active and passive stretching according to client needs
- Apply principles of health-focused exercise and prevention of overload
- Use a variety of training methods for different levels of proficiency
- Work with advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology and functional movement
- Adapt training to client limitations, goals and capabilities
- Pay attention to technique, exercise progression and long-term sustainable results
