Payment & Renewal

Membership payments are made every 2 weeks.
Auto-renewal every 2 weeks unless canceled on the app or member area.

Monthly Fee Calculation: (Weekly Price × 52 weeks) ⁄ 12 months

After payment, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to activate direct debit in home banking.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

Members must pay one additional payment cycle before cancellation takes effect. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via the form in the app under the membership management section.
