We have four memberships available:

With the Silver membership, you can work out every day at the lowest weekly rate. After your initial payment, you'll need to set up Direct Debit through your online banking.

The Silver Plus membership allows you to work out every day at any gym in your region, with payments made by credit or debit card.

With the Gold membership, you can work out twice a day every day and bring a friend with you to one of your workouts each day! After your first payment, you'll need to activate Direct Debit through your online banking.

The Gold Plus membership lets you work out at any Element Gyms in the Czech Republic, also allowing you to train twice a day. Plus, you can bring a friend to one of your workouts each day, with payments made by credit or debit card.

To set up a Direct Debit, you will need to authorize payment transfers to our bank account number 4697897003/5500. There is no need to enter a variable or specific symbol.

As part of the setup, you will need to define a debit limit, which is the maximum amount that can be debited from your account. Please set the “limit validity period” to "weekly," as most banking apps do not offer a bi-weekly reset option. This weekly limit ensures that your gym payments will be covered on time without interruptions.

Why set a weekly limit?

Since most banking systems do not support a bi-weekly validity period, we recommend setting a weekly limit to ensure that your membership fees are covered properly. Setting it as "monthly" is not effective for our system, as it only allows for one debit per month, whereas our payments are made every two weeks. If the limit is too low, the bank will not process the payment, and your membership fee will remain unpaid and your entrance blocked. In this case, we will notify you, and you will need to settle the amount through an alternative method.

Note on the debit limit: We suggest either setting "No limit" (if possible) or ensuring that the limit is at least twice the value of two weeks' payments to avoid any issues. For example, if your membership costs 298 Kč every two weeks, set your weekly limit to at least 596 Kč (this would represent the value of 4 weeks).

At Element Gyms, we don't have any minimum membership period, there's no commitment. However, the agreement is set for an initial period of 4(four) weeks, weeks, with automatic renewals for equal and successive periods, except if canceled with a minimum of 15 (fifteen) days in advance, counting from the date of renewal.

You only need your phone with the QR code to access the gym, adequate clothes and shoes for your practice, a bathing towel, a training towel and a locker - the usage of a training towel is mandatory.

All memberships include the free usage of the lockers in our gyms. You just have to remember to bring a locker.

We only allow members who are 14 years old or older.

The first payment is made at the end of the enrollment process and is made by Credit/Debit Card. The following payments will depend on the subscription Plan you chose. It will be either Direct Debit ou card.

You have 14 days to ask for your reimbursement from Element Gyms. After you have tried our gyms, if you are not satisfied, ask for the reimbursement through the Contact Form.

If you enroll in the Gold or Gold Plus subscription plans, you are entitled to bring a guest to one of your daily workouts. The guest doesn's have to be always the same person, as long as the guest does not work out more than once a day. The access to the Gym will be done through the QR codes that you'll have available in the APP. You and your friend will have to work simultaneously.

Currently this option is not available in the app. However, you can email your Gym and we will make the change for you.

Upgrading your membership is free of charge and will be valid from the following two-week period.

There will always be a fitness instructor in the gym, available to assist with any questions you may have.

We offer express group classes with limited spots and a maximum duration of 20 minutes. Learn more about our classes here. To join, you'll need to reserve your spot through the Element Gyms App, available on iOS and Google Play.

You can cancel your membership on your own. Just go to your member area on the website and select the "Cancel Membership" option. After doing so, you can continue working out until the end of your payment period.

Remember, you must cancel your agreement at least 2 weeks before it renews. The cancellation process will be confirmed via email, so make sure you receive it.

All our gyms are open every day except Christmas Day (December 25th) and New Year's Day (January 1st).

Our gyms operate Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Log in to your member area at www.elementgyms.cz, choose your start date, select your membership, make the payment for the first two weeks, and begin your workouts.

You can sign up for your chosen Element Gym and then try out our facilities. Enjoy getting to know our professionals! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied within the first 14 days, you can request a refund.

To update your information, go to your app, enter your new details, and confirm the changes via email or text message.

With the Silver membership, you only have access to the gym where you signed up. If you want to work out at another Element gym, you'll need to cancel your current membership and sign up again at the new location.

Log in to your member area in our website to cancel your membership (please provide two weeks' notice before cancellation).

If you'd like the flexibility to work out at multiple locations or bring a friend with you, consider our Gold or Gold Plus memberships.

Yes, you'll need to access your app and generate a QR code to enter the gym. However, if you need internet, our gyms offer free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

No! At Element Gyms, for your safety and privacy, you can only enter the gym using your QR code.

No! Access cannot and should not be shared. Your QR code is strictly personal. Additionally, your QR code is dynamic, so it won’t work if you share it or take a screenshot. It can only be accessed through our app.

At Element Gyms, our memberships come with no commitment or loyalty requirements, and there are no suspension policies. If you need to pause your membership for a limited time, you'll need to cancel it in your member area. Please note that if you decide to sign up again later, you'll need to pay the joining fee along with the first two weeks.
