For me, training is not just about lifting weights, but mainly about moving forward – physically and mentally. I approach everyone individually and with respect. I don't want perfection from anyone, but effort. I structure my workouts so that they make sense, bring results and are fun at the same time. I specialize in fat reduction and body shaping, gaining muscle mass, working with beginners and advanced, building discipline and healthy habits, improving relationships with exercise and food, and providing support and motivation outside the gym. I work on myself just like my clients – I'm always learning and moving forward. And I definitely don't intend to stop.

I help people move safely from the first time they enter the gym to preparing for competitions. For me, training is a combination of a friendly atmosphere, clear guidance and technical precision. I want the client to know exactly what, why and how they are doing, to acquire discipline and to have their training set up in a way that is sustainable in the long term. I focus on body shaping, strength and conditioning training, powerlifting and bodybuilding including competition preparation, nutrition basics and thorough regeneration.

Movement accompanies a person throughout life, and physical fitness is part of it. Training is about hard work and diligence, but also about joy and self-discovery. I specialize in general physical fitness, strength and conditioning training for athletes (including the use of plyometrics), returning to movement after injury, body transformation (gaining muscle mass, reducing fat), the basics of nutrition, and helping with regeneration.
