In May, we bring you two special Element Gyms workshops in Karviná and Olomouc. On May 23, 2026, at Element Gyms Olomouc BEA Centrum, you can visit a workshop prepared in cooperation with Fitness Institut Brno – Upper body exercise library. In this workshop, we will focus on systematically expanding the upper body exercise library. We will go through key movement patterns (presses, pulls, vertical and horizontal patterns, working with the shoulder blade) and show their effective use in various variations and modifications.
The workshops are intended for the general public, fitness beginners and advanced athletes.

Element Gyms Karviná has prepared for you an interesting topic of the Lower body exercise stack on May 30, 2026. In this workshop, we will focus on systematically expanding the exercise stack for the lower half of the body. We will go through key movement patterns (squat, hip hinge, lunge patterns, hip extension) and show you how to work with them in various modifications according to the goal, the level of the exerciser and current limitations. We will not stick to just the “classics”. We will also focus on less used, but highly effective variants, their biomechanical connections and practical use in training focused on hypertrophy, strength and performance.
