Position information

We are looking for certified fitness trainers who can lead quality individual training sessions, perform basic diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system and ensure safe progress of clients. At Element Gyms, you will work in modern, self-service gyms with high traffic, where you have ideal conditions for building your own clientele. What you will do

• Active, safe and professional guidance of individual training sessions
• Comprehensive assessment of the musculoskeletal system and identification of possible imbalances
• Conducting active and passive stretching with regard to the client's needs
• Basic knowledge of health-oriented exercise and prevention of overload
• Wide range of exercises and methodologies for different levels of advancement and training goals
• Advanced orientation in anatomy, physiology and principles of functional movement
• Ability to adapt training to specific limitations and individual needs of clients
• Emphasis on technique, exercise progression and long-term sustainability of results

• Part-time (20 hours per week)
• Native Czech speaker (required)
• English language knowledge is an advantage
• Certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
• Education in the sports field (can be a coaching course or relevant school).
• Experience as a trainer / instructor in a gym is an advantage.
• Good communication skills - ability to explain exercises, motivate clients, etc.
• Interest in the field of sports, fitness and working with people.
• Dynamics and versatility - ability to adapt training to different clients.

Position information

At Element Gyms, you will be part of our internal team creating individual training plans for clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as needed. Your task will be to ensure that the exercises are performed correctly, instruct clients on technique and help them correct mistakes. At the same time, you will ensure their safety in all zones of the gym - from the cardio section to the strength zone. You will also help clients with entry, membership, application settings or other possible problems. The work also includes supporting and motivating clients, building relationships and long-term cooperation. The goal is to provide quality services and create a positive experience from every training.

What you will do

• Support clients/visitors at the entrance and during their visit in the gym including help with membership, app or any other issues they can have
• Create individual training plans for clients
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure correct execution of exercises - instruct technique, correct mistakes
• Ensure client safety in various gym zones (cardio, weight room, etc.)
• Support and motivate clients, build relationships and long-term cooperation with them
• Supervise the safe operation of the gym and compliance with rules
• Provide quality services and promote a positive training experience
