How do I sign up for an Element Gyms membership?
What types of memberships does Element Gyms offer?
We offer four flexible membership plans, each with the same core benefits — but different access levels and payment options:
Gold Plus
Gold
Silver
Bronze
All plans include:
Access to at least one gym of your choice
No long-term commitment
Full access to the Element Gyms app
What’s the minimum membership period?
No long-term commitments! Membership renews every two weeks automatically in two-week cycles.
Cancel anytime with at least 15 days’ notice before renewal — so your membership lasts a minimum of four weeks.
How can I pay?
You can purchase your membership online through the “REGISTER” option on our website.
Online payment by credit/debit card
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Online payments are processed via PayU, which ensures top-level security using European 3D Secure standards. PayU is one of the three most widely used payment providers.
Having trouble paying with your card?
If your online payment didn’t go through, don’t worry — it can happen for a number of reasons. For specific details, it’s best to contact your bank directly.
But we’re here to help too. We can check the status of your payment on our side and guide you through what to do next.

How can I upgrade my membership?
Not available in the app yet. Email your gym and we’ll upgrade you free of charge, effective next two-week period.
Is there a minimum age to join Element Gyms?
Yes, you must be at least 14 years old to join.
If you’re under 18, you’ll need to fill out the parental consent form during the sign-up process and hand it in to an instructor at the gym when you first visit.
If the consent form isn’t submitted, the minor’s access may be blocked and the membership cancelled.
How can I update my contact information?
To update your personal data, just send us an email at data@elementgyms.cz and we’ll help you out.

How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime, in just a few steps:
1.Log in to your member area on the website
2.Click on “Cancel Membership”
3. Keep training until the end of your current paid period
4. ✅ You’ll get a confirmation email
🕒 Just don’t forget: cancel at least 2 weeks before your next renewal.
Can I use a virtual MultiSport card to enter Element Gyms?
We totally get the value of the MultiSport card, but currently, we don’t have an agreement to accept it for entry.
To access Element Gyms, you’ll need an active Element membership.
If you’re not happy within your first 14 days, we offer a full refund — no stress.
How does reimbursement work if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you’re not feeling it within the first 14 days, just drop us a message through the Contact Form below. We’ll sort out your refund — no hassle.
Access & Entry
How do I enter Element Gyms?
Do I need internet or Wi-Fi every time I enter the gym?
Yes — you’ll need an internet connection to open the Element Gyms app and generate your entry QR code.
No worries if you're out of data — all our gyms offer free Wi-Fi so you can connect easily.
I forgot my phone with the QR code. Can I still enter the gym?
❌ Oops! For security reasons, you need your QR code from the app to get in. So if you forget your phone, sadly, no entry this time.
Make sure to bring it next time — we want you to get in and crush your workout! 💪
Can I share my QR code with someone else?
Nope! Your QR code is personal and can’t be shared or used on other devices. It’s linked to your account, so only you can use it to get in.
Sharing access won’t work and goes against the gym rules.
Can I bring a friend to train with me?
With a Gold or Gold Plus membership, you get to bring a guest to your workout every day.
✅ Bring one guest per workout
✅ Guest can change every time — doesn’t have to be the same person
✅ You and your guest must train together at the gym
✅ Both use your QR codes in the app to enter

What should I bring to my workout?
👕 Comfortable workout clothes
👟 Clean indoor gym shoes (for hygiene and safety)
📱 Your phone (to scan your QR code)
🧼 Training towel (mandatory)
🚿 Shower towel (optional)
🔒 Padlock 5-7mm wide(to use the free lockers)
Are lockers available during training?
✅ Yes! All memberships include free locker access during your workout.
🔒 Just bring your own padlock.
⚠️ Lockers are for daily use only — no overnight storage allowed.
Will there be someone around if I need help during my workout?
Yes — there’s always a fitness instructor in the gym 💪
They’re there to support you, answer questions, or help out whenever you need. Just reach out!
Can I train with a personal trainer?
Absolutely! Our certified trainers are experts ready to help you reach your goals.
You can find the full list of available trainers at the gym entrance or by clicking in your gym page below.
Note: Personal training isn’t included in your membership — each trainer sets their own prices.
